Marisa Kirisame, an Ordinary Magician

A magician who went off in search of the cause of the scarlet mist, just in mere hopes to see if the person had valuable or interesting items to snatch

• Marisa is the fastest of the two playable characters, and is the strongest of the two using her A style (though Reimu's B style is the same as this style). However, this requires Marisa to be under the enemy at all times to do any damage.

Rumia, the Youkai of Darkness

A youkai who is constantly enveloped in darkness, making it hard for people closeby to see where they are going. Rumia is attacked by the heroines for no particular reason, and has no importance to the story whatsoever. She later shows up again in Shoot the Bullet.
